暑假的尾聲已近，新學期即將到來！創客空間於2024年9月5日舉辦了【新生焦點工作坊】，共有60位政大新生參加。工作坊中，館員首先介紹了創客空間所提供的設備與服務，幫助同學建立對這個空間的基本了解，並鼓勵大家積極利用這些資源來進行創作。隨後，安排了設備體驗時間，同學們使用熱轉印機製作客製化皮革杯墊，既學習了設備的操作技巧，也為此次新生訓練活動留下了珍貴的紀念。
Freshman Workshop” on September 5, 2024. The event was attended by 60 new students from NCCU. The staff first provided an overview of the equipment and services offered by the Maker Space, helping students build a basic understanding of the space and encouraging them to utilize its resources for their future projects and creations. Following the introduction, participants had the opportunity to experience the equipment firsthand by using a heat press machine to create customized leather coasters. This hands-on activity not only allowed them to learn how to operate the equipment but also provided a memorable keepsake from the freshman orientation event.
