GGuided by the idea “Color in front, signature on the back,” participants created ceramic coasters that are both practical and personal. They first designed layouts and palettes in Canva, then sublimated their artwork onto the ceramic surface. Using the xTool F1, they laser-engraved handwritten signatures, icons, or quotes onto the cork backing—vibrant on one side, minimal on the other, with a story on both.
The session moved step-by-step: file size and bleed settings, typography and color tips, material choices, power/speed parameters, and safety practices—leading everyone through the full sublimation and engraving workflow.
To wrap up, participants shared inspirations: some turned travel photos into starry color blocks, others paired handwritten signatures with tiny icons—adding warmth and texture to their desks. Each coaster became its own little universe, and everyone left not only with a finished piece but also the joy of turning ideas into reality.
