暑假期間創客活動不間斷！由中華民國圖書館學會與國立政治大學圖書資訊與檔案學研究所共同主辦的113年度「圖書館數位轉型實務研習班」，於7月17日舉行了創客實作課程。
課程從本校創客空間出發，與來自各地圖書館的參與者分享創客空間的設備服務和經營管理現況。許多館員在活動中表達了對創客空間的好奇，特別是關於設備維運和人力安排的疑問。他們透過互相交流和分享經驗，真實展現了創客討論交流的核心精神。
在課程的後半段，安排了熱轉印機的實作體驗，結合了AI繪圖工具Recraft，學員們與AI工具協作，實際操作熱轉印機，成功製作了皮革杯便與鑰匙圈，探索圖書館服務與創新科技的結合，更深入理解創客空間如何豐富和革新圖書館服務，為數位轉型的目標帶來更多啟發。
During the summer break, maker activities continued without pause! The 113th “Library Digital Transformation Practical Workshop,” co-organized by the Library Association of the Republic of China (Taiwan) and the NCCU Graduate Institute of Library, Information and Archival Studies, held a maker workshop on July 17 2024.
The course started at the NCCU maker space, where participants from libraries across Taiwan shared experiences on equipment services and operational management in maker spaces. Many librarians expressed curiosity during the event, particularly regarding equipment maintenance and staffing arrangements. Through the exchange and sharing of experiences, they authentically demonstrated the core spirit of making.
In the latter part of the course, there was a hands-on experience with a heat press, integrating the AI drawing tool Recraft. Collaborating with AI tools, participants successfully operated the heat press and created custom leather coasters and keychains. This exploration not only examined the fusion of library services with innovative technology but also deepened the understanding of how maker spaces enrich and innovate library services, providing further inspiration for digital transformation goals.
